At Embention, we have been driven since 2007 by a clear mission: Enabling drones to populate our skies.
We provide more than 700 customers in 70 countries including internationally renowned companies such as Toyota, Amazon Prime Air, and Honda with Veronte autopilots, critical avionics, and software for their professional drones and eVTOLs. All our systems are developed in accordance with DO-178C, DO-254, and DO-160 standards, making us the only company in the sector certified by AESA and EASA as both a POA and APDOA.
The core of our company lies in our R&D team, made up of over 100 multidisciplinary engineers. Together with the rest of the organization, we are a team of 180 professionals united by a single goal: to innovate and push the boundaries of UAV technology.
Following a record-breaking 2025 marked by strong stock market performance, the launch of industrial production in the United Arab Emirates, and the establishment of a subsidiary in the United States, we are looking to continue expanding our team and driving continuous R&D development.

🚀 What would be your mission?
To represent Embention before regulatory bodies, working groups, and key organizations within the aviation industry, contributing to the development of a regulatory framework that supports the safe integration of UAVs into the airspace.
As part of the Business Development team, you will act as a bridge between regulatory developments and Embention’s technology strategy. You will help ensure that our products and developments remain aligned with current and future standards while building relationships, synergies, and collaboration opportunities with key industry stakeholders.
💡 What would be your responsibilities?
- Represent Embention in working groups, committees, and meetings with organizations such as EASA, JARUS, EUROCAE, and the FAA.
- Monitor regulatory developments and standards applicable to UAVs, avionics, and autonomous systems.
- Assess the impact of regulatory changes on the organization’s products, projects, and strategy.
- Communicate relevant developments and requirements to internal teams, supporting their interpretation and implementation.
- Represent and promote Embention’s technical perspective in relevant industry forums.
- Identify opportunities to contribute to the development of new aviation regulations and standards.
- Build and strengthen relationships with authorities, industry associations, regulatory bodies, and other strategic stakeholders.
- Promote synergies, partnerships, and joint initiatives with public- and private-sector organizations.
- Collaborate with the Business Development, Product, Engineering, and Certification teams to align regulatory and technology strategies.
🕵️♀ ️What do we need?
- Bachelor’s degree in Aerospace, Aeronautical, Telecommunications, or Electronics Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Strong technical background and the ability to understand complex aviation products and systems.
- Ability to interpret aviation regulations, standards, and technical documentation.
- A system- and product-level perspective that connects technical, regulatory, and strategic considerations.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to represent the organization with confidence, sound judgment, and technical rigor.
- Initiative, autonomy, and a results-oriented mindset.
- Full professional proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
- Availability to travel and attend international meetings and events.
📚 What do we value?
- Experience in regulatory affairs, certification, airworthiness, or institutional relations within the aviation industry.
- Knowledge of the regulatory environment applicable to UAVs, U-space, advanced air mobility, or autonomous systems.
- Familiarity with organizations such as EASA, JARUS, EUROCAE, the FAA, AESA, or ICAO.
- Knowledge of standards such as DO-178C, DO-254, DO-160, or ARP4754A.
- Experience participating in working groups, technical committees, industry associations, or collaborative projects.
- Experience engaging with authorities, regulatory bodies, and international organizations.
- Ability to build consensus and influence discussions through strong technical arguments.
- Experience in Business Development, partnership management, or strategic development.
- Strong interpersonal and listening skills, with the ability to work effectively in multicultural environments.
